The Sanctuary | Westwood Christian Centre

The Sanctuary flat is part of Westwood Christian Centre, a 19th century church converted into flats. Beautiful stained glass window, oak panelled ceiling; full central heating. Ideally for 1 -2 people but can take up to 3 (1 double bed settee, 1 single chair futon). Large studio flat on 3 levels within original Sanctuary of Westwood. - kitchen and dining area; main living area & upper level; separate bathroom (with a bath). You'll have access to the grounds, including pond, fire-pit and lawn. We are volunteer wardens, working and living on site. Wardens are contactable via telephone during your stay. We're set in a lovely little community up on a hill, overlooking the village of Slaithwaite. There's Slaithwaite train station 1 mile away, and Huddersfield is 3 miles away.
