STRATEGIC AND HIDDEN place in the nature - Its only 2km right at the biggest sand stone valley in Europe the National Nature Reserve and Protected Landscape Area “Kaňon Labe” still undiscovered by tourists so you are going to be there alone - Its only 3km to Děčín town with shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, bars. There are many sport activities (rafting, Via Ferrata, cycling, inline skating etc…) - Its only 10km to the National Park Bohemain Switzerland The whole house for rent for maximum 11 people - there are no other guests living in the house. The house is located right in the nature. Ideal spot between hiking in the National Parks - Shopping centers - Relax place without tourist crowds and noise which will get enough in the National Park or in the towns or villages. You will live right in the nature surrounded by the forests. There is a huge living space everybody look for. The house has got: - 5 big sleeping rooms with 11 beds altogether - 2 showers - 1 bath - 3 toilets - 1 kitchen - 1 terrace - 1 dress room - 1 big living room with terrace and a grill house with very big garden. - Parking place maximum for 4 cars (more then 4 cars we charge 5 Euro per day) Towells and bed linen is included. PLEASE NOTE: - Arrival time is possible anytime AFTER 16:00 and the last day leaving time is TILL 10:00. - Before your arrival, (Hidden by Airbnb) our address (even the NAVI can’t find us usually), otherwise you will not find the house. - We demand our guest don’t walk inside the house with their shoes, use slippers please. - We don’t wish any big or noisy parties. - Families with well behaved children are very welcome. - NO PETS are allowed (NO exceptions) - Cleaning FEE is NOT INCLUDED. We demand our guest leave the house in the same condition they as they arrived otherwise we charge 100Euro as the cleaning fee. - The last day take off the used bed linen.
