Brookhill House Bed and Breakfast

A beautiful Grade 2 listed Family Home in the Glorious Sussex countryside in easy distance of Gatwick Airport and the South Coast. Set in 4 acres of gardens and dog friendly we welcome people to stay in our home and explore the local area. The Green Room - Light Airy Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite shower/loo. [See seperate listing for The Attic Suite - King size bedroom on top floor with private bathroom (no shower).] There is Wi-Fi in both rooms as well as Television with DVD. Guests have access to the Dining Room as well as their own room . There is a small courtyard if people want to smoke (No smoking allowed in the house). Guests can explore the gardens where there are various benches to relax on fine days. We are always around to welcome guests and are nearby if needed. We are on the edge of a small village with a good local pub and Indian restaurant in the village. There are various other local pubs/restaurants with in 10 minute drive. Horsham is a 10 minute drive and Brighton is about 30 minutes. There are National Trust properties and Gardens in easy distance, as well as Goodwood Racing, Hickstead, Glyndebourne as well as the South Downs to explore. There is a bus service in the village from Brighton to Horsham. It runs every hour. It is easier to explore the area with a car. There is private off-street parking. We are dog friendly as we have 3 dogs of our own. Dogs allowed on ground floor only. (Not bedrooms).
