Sweet shared home in Etrechy

My house is located in a very quiet area and nevertheless near to the town center, a supermarket and restaurants. You will enjoy the place and the confort. Ideal for couples, families or just single. If you come by car, you will easily park it near the house. I have 3 bedrooms and yours is next to the lounge (dedicated area for you is a locked bedroom and lounge), you will have access to the kitchen, a bathroom and toilets. A third bed is provided in the lounge when opening the sofa. If you need to have lunch or dinner in the house, you can use the fridge to store food and, of course, the oven to cook your meal. A continental breakfast is available with jam, butter, oranges, bread and of course coffee, tea or chocolate. I try to propose bio product or at least local products, when possible. Train station to Paris or Etampes is at 5 mn on foot. You can reach either Paris or Orleans by CAR in 45 mn. In case you need further details, please do ask and I will do my best to provide them to you. Great location, as it is quiet and well located near the center of the town. 5 mn walk to reach the C RER line (55 mn to Paris) 45 mn drive to Paris or Orleans The place is well located as we are near Etampes, a bigger city with Cinema, theater, restaurants, and stores. You will like it for the possibilities given to make sports (VTT, jogging in the forest) or eat chinese or traditional food in restaurants. We also have a cafe "le strep" proposing hamburgers every friday evening. But there is a lot more too see. The other possibilities are Orleans (45 mn by car) or Chartres (1 hour by car) which are not so far from Etrechy.
