The apartment is located in one of the best sites of Görlitz. From the area called Biesnitz, you reach the center as well as the surrounded nature in a few minutes. You live in a mixture of modern design and antique furniture. You have access to the lovely garden with swimming pool and barbecue facilities. The apartment is characterized by a warm and bright atmosphere, the perfect location and beautiful views to the local mountain Landeskrone as well as the Sudeten Mountains. It is located in a two-family-house and surrounded by a spacious garden. The apartment is the outcome of a roof space utilization and thus refurbished. It has two floors: downstairs you find the kitchen (with electric stove, extraction hood, fridge), the lockable bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a separate bedroom, upstairs you find the second bedroom. The garden with swimming pool (from June to September), sitting area and barbecue facilities can be used. Keys will be accessible by an installed safe. We live in Berlin and thus won´t be on site during your stay. Since we use the apartment of our house by ourselves temporarily, it represents a mixture of private- and holiday home. You will find an individually designed style. Since two families live in the apartments beneath you, we politely ask to be cautious and respectful towards your neighbors. The tram station is more or less located in front of the house. It will take you 10min to the center and the old town of Görlitz.
