3 Bedroom House Modern Beach Estate

My place is close to a few beaches and just around the corner from great shops, woolies and restaurants. Many family-friendly activities in the area and a mere 15 minutes from the airport. You’ll love my place because of the light open spaces, comfy beds and garden. My place is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and small groups looking for a coastal getaway. Guests are able to use the entire house , there is a big dining room table and outside patio with a table ideal for work space. Uncapped Fibre WiFi throughout the house. Tanglewood is close to Tiffany’s shopping center and the new Salt Rock shopping Centre. 2km from Sheffield beach and Granny’s pool beaches. Guests are able to use the Cane-lands beach club pool, the Salt Rock Hotel and the Salt Rock country club swimming pools all within a few km’s Guests are able to walk around Tanglewood estate. There is no club house or communal swimming pool. All the common property is accessible though. We're open to any questions guests may have. Open comms throughout your stay should you have any problems. Breathe in that sea air as we leave you to enjoy your holiday in peace :) Sheffield is a lovely area, very quiet and has a country feeling to it. Tanglewood is ideally situated as it’s close to several popular beaches and rock pools. There are loads of restaurants in the area including the Litchi orchard, Sage, Sigis and Burndale. There are also two fantastic shopping centers including Spar, Checkers and Woolworths outlets. Getting around is really easy in Salt Rock/Sheffield area. One can either walk, run, ride a scooter or use a vehicle. There is ample parking at most public places in the area. Please take it easy, relax and enjoy yourself. There are no major rules in my house except for respecting the neighbors in terms of noise levels.
