Beautiful, large apartment in center of Kiato

A freshly painted and renovated apartment right by the center of Kiato. Every room has a balcony and an AC. The beach is a 2-minute walk. Sunlit, spacious, with beautiful views. There is free parking for one car, wifi, a TV, and desk for those who must work. There is a master bedroom and an office with a very comfortable pull-out bed. Large living room, dining area, kitchen. Balcony with outdoor eating area. The main bedroom has a large balcony. The smaller bedroom/office also has a one. Each room has an air conditioner. You can park your car in the covered parking space behind the building, though you may have to pull the gate open first. There is usually parking in the neighborhood as well. I will likely be in Athens, but I am reachable by phone. If necessary my step-mother also lives nearby. You can find everything within walking distance: banks, supermarket, cafes. Take a cab near the church or head to the bus station (a few blocks west on the main road). People are friendly, and many speak English, so don't be afraid to ask for directions.
