Paradise Farm is the only thatched property in the Cotswold village of Kempsford. It enjoyed several centuries as a small farm but over the past c.60 years has been a residential property set in 4 acres of ground. The property includes a thatched barn which has been converted into a lovely one bed (2 guests) holiday retreat. The barn comprises en-suite shower room, bedroom and kitchen/living room. There are many local attractions, walks and pubs.....and RIAT for aircraft buffs. The Barn is part of a 4 acre estate in Kempsford in the Cotswolds. The main property dates back to early 17th century. The Barn itself is a delightful conversion into a lovely retreat ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds or simply for a relaxing break. The Barn is a fully self-contained 1-bed property We live within 20 metres of the barn so are on hand and happy to answer questions and provide advice about the local area. Kempsford gets a mention in the Doomsday book. It is generally a quiet Cotswold village - albeit with RAF Fairford on the doorstep (which hosts the Royal International Air Tattoo for one weekend in June each year). The village is infrequently served by buses.
