Smoke free fully furnish apartment

We are a SMOKE FREE HOME. Smoking is allowed outside only. Minimum stay is one month. We are close to the city center, parks, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we are two miles from ESPN and Lake Compounce. You will have this fully furnished upstairs apartment all to yourself with a private entry. The extra stuff you see, is kept there for when our out of state children and grandchildren visit. *Please lists all guests by name when booking. We are in a quiet neighborhood. You will have your own private entry. kitchen and bathroom. With one master bedroom and living room. There is a second bedroom but it will be locked unless you request it for an additional fee. You may share the porch and yard with us. It is just my husband and myself. Occasionally we have friends or our children come by, otherwise our house is quiet. Our neighborhood is a residential mix some single homes and some two and three family houses. We are 0.8 miles from a bus line Maximum occupation in this apartment is FOUR people.
