Special room near Valparaiso University

cheery bedroom in quiet house and neighborhood, but only 1 mile away from Valparaiso University and Walmart. We have a large yard with woods in the back, a fire pit and nice back deck. There are fruit trees in the front yard. You will use the bathroom in the hallway, but you are the only ones that will be using it. We have a nice basement and another kitchen down there that you can use if it is not busy that day. We have a quiet neighborhood, but we are only one mile from Walmart and Valparaiso University.
