You have a 2-room apartment available. It is approximately 50 m² in size and is characterized by its privileged location in the so-called "Haingebiet". We will be happy to introduce you to our city with insider tips, which you will not find in every tourist guide :) In addition, various information material and a city map are available. We look forward to seeing you! :) The apartment is well equipped and offers everything necessary to feel good, cook and relax in the middle of a wonderful wellness oasis. :) Whether you are returning to the apartment after an extensive city tour, hike or tavern, the spacious double bed in the bedroom invites you to recharge your batteries. :) The living room has a cozy couch, a flat screen TV, a music system and also a balcony. Whether you plan your day from there, enjoy the breakfast, listen to the birds chirping, or end the day with a glass of wine: It is up on you :) The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, glasses, pots, a refrigerator (with ice compartment) and a coffee machine (with coffee, espresso, tea). Located between Munich Ring and the old town, the important transport connections can be reached either by foot or by bus, which is 100 meters away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly :) Since the apartment is badly soundproofed, please both inside and on the balcony necessarily room volume. Thank you! :) In contrast to other city areas, where parking is only permitted with a local residents parking ticket or parking area, there is free parking either directly in the street or in one of the many parallel streets in the immediate vicinity. :) Check in: The check-in time window is between 17:00 and 19:00. If you want to arrive at other times, please write us a message before booking so that we can see if someone is at home. This should be no problem in most cases, but should be clarified beforehand :)
