This is an incredible house for groups with spectacular views from almost every room. The house features open living room/ kitchen/ dining/ fireplace on one level with a sweeping sunny deck - perfect for your 'apres ski. 3 Master Beds with ensuites and a total of 5 bathrooms, and a yoga room with views. The perfect most central Catskill location gives you access to restaurants, farm stands, hiking and all the activities and <30 mins to Hunter skiing. Mountain View’s from every inch of the house! The 3 master bedrooms all have ensuites with direct deck access and views! Total of 3 bedrooms with multiple studies and 5 bathrooms. Entire house except a few storage closets Responsive professional host lives nearby. Access is provided with keyless entry. Worlds apart but incredibly central. For food our favorite local spots are the Phoenicia Diner, The Pines and Bread Alone (among many others), with two farm stands and even an IGA all within a 10 minute drive. We are right in the middle of all the activities the Catskills has to offer. For downhill skiing, we are under 30 minutes to Hunter Mountain or Bellearye Mountain. To get these views... we are up on a mountainside: AWD is needed to drive up the gravel road in winter. 2:20 hours from Brooklyn and less from Manhattan, Westchester or NJ. The house is the center of the Catskills with easy access by car to Phoenicia, Woodstock, or Kingston. Please note that in the winter AWD is typically required to access the house. New York State requires the completion of an online health form for out-of-state travelers.
