Laburnums Loft Apartment

Laburnums Loft is a self contained apartment with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed + a sofa bed in the lounge/tv. area. You have allocated off road parking and free wifi. Located in a quiet road between Arundel(6mls) Chichester(7mls) Bognor Regis(5mls) Goodwood(8mls) Beaches(6mls) Fontwell racecourse(1.5mls). The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away The apartment is light and airy with a contemporary feel. Access is through a common utility area where guests may hang wet coats to dry, leave muddy shoes etc. or dry off their dog ( one well behaved dog is welcome ). Stairs lead up from here to your own front door (lockable).There is sheltered outdoor seating in the allocated parking area to enjoy a bit of fresh air with a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine, (or a cigarette, if you must! ashtray provided) We supply essentials on arrival : tea, coffee, bread, milk, sugar, butter, jam, marmalade and biscuits. If you need anything else, please let us know in advance .We are here most of the time so are available for any help or advice you may need. Other than that, we leave you in peace unless you need us . If we haven't met up with you during your stay, please (if you feel like it) ring our doorbell as you go, so that we can say cheerio. Church Lane is a quiet road in a residential, semi rural area. There is a pub, a church, and a corner shop within pleasant walking distance. Barnham mainline train station is less than 1 mile. The surrounding streets are quiet enough for a pleasant stroll or local dog walking. We are currently putting together as much information as we can regarding what's where, and how to get there, and what to do and see when you do. Meanwhile please don't hesitate to ask for any information you need, and if you find something on the internet and would like us to print it out for you, we are more then happy to do so. Just ring our front door bell, or message us through Airbnb. Apart from the double bed in the bedroom, the sofa converts to a single bed (bedding supplied). There is a travel cot in the bedroom. There is also a single air mattress available on request, but you need to bring a sleeping bag for this.
