Upstairs there is an extremely spacious and characterful living room with exposed timber beams, a TV, books, board games and a door leading to an outdoor staircase giving access to the drive and meadow with wide ranging views across the surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms are brilliantly furnished, one of which has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and the other has twin beds with an additional pull-out bed for a child, chest of drawers and wardrobe. All beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels. On the first floor, the shower room has a double-sized shower unit, wash basin and WC. Saxtead is a quaint village, two miles North West of the historic market town of Framlingham, famous for it's magnificent late 12th-century castle, fantastic shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. As well as making up the hamlets of Saxtead Green and Saxtead Little Green, the village's major features are the landmark windmill, the Old Mill House pub and the Church of 'All Saints'. Both the pub and the windmill are only a short walk from Boundary Farm and are great attractions to stop off at when exploring the surrounding area.
