The Knoll ~ Lake Front Cabin on beautiful Lincoln Pond!

This renovated cabin is situated on a large grassy knoll with 3 other cabins that overlook scenic and serene Lincoln Pond; which is actually a small lake. The cabins are spread out on an upper knoll which allows for individual privacy. You’ll wake up to enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the lake from your kitchen or living room, or in the comfort of the furnished screen room. A very short 1 minute walk down a slight hill brings you to a lower yard on the water's edge where you may enjoy swimming or fishing in the lake. You are welcome to use the paddle boat, canoe, rowboat, or kayaks for your enjoyment. We have a multitude of life jackets to choose from in a nearby storage bin. Off-site you may experience nearby hiking trails, rock climbing, and the nearby sites of Keene Valley- 15 minutes away, Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid- 30 minutes away, Lake Champlain- 15 minutes away, and the surrounding beauty of the Adirondack High Peaks Region. Elizabethtown is nearby for your shopping needs. As sunset approaches, you may enjoy the fire pit by your cabin and reflect upon your day. We provide all your wood, you provide the marshmallows! This is one of three cabins we have available this summer of 2022. If you are traveling with another family, please check for availability of one of our other cabins to accommodate each family. This fully stocked 2 bedroom cabin sleeps 5, maximum 4 adults per cabin. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a bunk and a twin. *Please read Rules & Policies section. During July and August we rent for a minimum of 6 nights by the week, or month with stays ending by Saturday, so all garbage may be taken to the dump. If this does not meet your needs, please reach out to discuss. We will be offering a minimum 2 night stay from June 1- June 30, and September 7- October 1. We hope you will consider staying with us! ** In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to assure you that we follow up every rental with a detailed cleaning and sanitizing process. The cabins are far apart from each other to allow for privacy, and continued “social distancing” if you desire. We will continue to follow and practice CDC recommendations in regards to COVID-19.
