I am located In a lovely location within New Market Guests have their own room with en-suite and private access, with a view to a garden ( which is under Renovation) and outdoor seating area. (Non smoking) Guests are welcome to use the Garden kitchen Room. Fitted with Oven, Microwave, kettle, under counter Fridge. Tea pot , Coffee pot. Plates, cutlery , mugs and glasses. Breakfast (Self Service) Coffee, Tea,Milk,Sugar Bread, Butter, Jam Selection of Cereal Bright large Double Room, with private access via the garden. Fresh linen & Towels. In room welcome pack Tea, coffee , water , and snacks. Quite location Off Street parking Nice location for walking and bike rides Walk in to Newmarket Town Access to the room is via the front drive, through a small gate. Key can be picked up from the Garden Kitchen Room I am available to guests if they need information and guidance I try and allow guests to have private relaxing time The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Walk to local pub New Wellington. Great food and a good selection of drinks. The pub has a very good social distance policy in place. You can walk into town Drive into town and park in one of the car parks. Local taxi service number in your room Access to your room from the drive way via the garden. I aim to meet and greet my guests. If I am away at time of arriving the key will be in the secure lock box in the garden. The code will be provided on day of check in. Luggage trolley is available for you to transfer your luggage to your room.
