There are no kitchen facilities, however Southam boasts numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard. King size bed with soft touch linen and luxury towels are provided. Velux windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as WiFi and smart TV. Access is available 24 hours, with ample off road parking. We also offer complementary EV charging, with a 7KWh type 2 tethered wall unit, and 3KWh socket available. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the charging facilities. Access is via an external staircase, and is completely private. Always via telephone. We are located 1 mile outside of Southam, a small market town in Warwickshire. Public transport is limited. There are local taxi firms, and Uber does operate in this area, but a car is advisable. The property is in a rural setting, overlooking surrounding fields and a farm. We are near a main road, with some traffic noise at peak times.
