A few km from the highway to Copenhagen or Elsinore. Small lovely forest and beautiful river course few steps away. Safe area. Townhouse and backyard. Large living room, kitchen, guest toilet with Washing machine and tumble dryer., 1st floor: masterbeedroom with cabinets and double bed. Large sofa. Two small tables for PC ect. Bathroom with shower. Free and full access to bathroom and kitchen. Fast WIFI House super well soundproofed and neighbors not heard. Free parking. Beautiful and cozy home. Bathroom 1. flor Kitchen Washing machine and tumble dryer. No extra pay. I'm happy to help, just ask. I'm outgoing and easy to talk to. Of course, we respect each other's privacy. Please take into account the doors early in the morning and late at night. There is a shared bathroom on the first floor. Please wipe the tiles off after use in the shower cubicle. There's a lot of calcium in our water. I deliver toiletpapir and handsoap. There is a shared kitchen, where of course everything can be used. Washer and dryer for free use and free to use of my detergent. Guests do not have access to my garden and my living room. The toilet on the ground floor are my private toilet. My daughter lives here about 10 days a month. Beautiful and secure area.
