In-law apt and basement are not included in the airbnb and are periodically occupied by the adjacent farm manager. Hi! I am always available via text or phone to help with any questions that arise. I am often at the horse farm next door so I do greet the guests if I see them. The best part is that if you have a concern, one of the on-site farm managers can usually assist immediately.
