Organic farm La Casa degli Gnomi

Hi, we are in Italy, in the "heart of Italy" in the beautiful region of Marche in the country of Ortezzano, a small, but rich in historical, cultural and environmental. It is only 15 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea with its beautiful beaches and 30 minutes from the National Park of the Blue Mountains. In 2006 we decided to renovate two houses and to employ them for a farm, one we called The House of Gnomes other The House of the Elves, in the middle of the two houses, there is a large swimming pool. The buildings have been realized following the seismic criteria obtaining their certifications. The Organic Farm of the Marche, located in the middle of a farm of about 30 has to run organic farming vineyards and olive groves. The varieties of grapes are laid down by the regulations of the Marche Region to produce Rosso Piceno (Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot), Falerio (Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino) and Falerio-Pecorino (Pecorino).
