Beautiful summer house in the southern region of the Dominican Republic. Excellent for family vacations or medium groups. This house is located within the Villas Refugio de Dios vacation complex, along with 4 other beautiful villas. A great option to explore the tourist area of Baní. This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, for a maximum capacity of 11 people. It has a private pool and gazebo with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Near the village you will find grocery stores, supermarkets, liquor store pharmacies and some casual restaurants. If you decide to go exploring, you will find beautiful beaches, such as Salinas, El Duerrumbao and Puntarena or natural waterfalls such as Las Yayitas. Also, we recommend you visit the Baní dunes, a desert on our beautiful island. We recommend coming in a tall vehicle, because to access the villa and some of the beaches in the area you must go through a rocky path. This is recommended, but not necessary. Frequent questions: -The entire property is private, including the pool and green areas. There are other villas in the residential with their own amenities. -The volume of the music should be moderate. -Food is not included. -Events such as birthdays or weddings require prior coordination with the host and may incur additional costs. -All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The air conditioners will be enabled from 9pm to 9am. If you wish to make unlimited use of the air conditioning, it will have an extra cost of US$30 per day. -We have security cameras outside the villa for the safety of our guests.
