The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities for life, and contains 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with flat- screen TV with cable channels, free wi fi and air conditioning. Four guest staying longer, the apartment is cleaned evry 5 days, when bed linens, towels, paper are changed.. In front of the accommodation unit there is a public parking space available to guest and which is not paid. Nearby there are two super markets at a distance of 80m from the apartments, as well as basketball and soccer fields that are great for recreation. Also nearby is the fast food kiosk and the restaurant of the local cuisine. Near the apartment there are two pharmacies and city market.
