Historic 30´s villa in South Bohemia

We offer accommodation in a historic villa built in 30´s by a local builder. The house retains the atmosphere and certain period features but the bathrooms and kitchen are completely renovated. The built-up area is 200m², fenced garden is 6000m² - everything for your use only. On the ground floor is an entrance hall with access to the newly renovated kitchen which also serves as a dining room and living room. From the hall you will also get to rooms No. 1 and 2, to the bathroom and to a separate toilet. Comfortable stairs lead to the first floor where is an another hall with access to 5 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. For the entire stay you have the whole object just for yourself. In case of any problems or questions we are available on the phone or in person (we live 15km away). Check in and check out we allways provide in person. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a quiet area but everything is within walking distance (200m - restaurant, pub, grocery store, post office, church) You can relax in the garden - swimming pool, sitting area with grill, camp fire, sandpit for kids... Surroundings suitable for cycling, hiking, sightseeing ... Trips to Helfenburk Castle, Kratochvíle Chateau, lookout tower and rope park Libín, Prachatice, Vodňany, Strakonice, Písek, Šumava mountains, České Budějovice, Lipno, ... Distance from Prague is 130 km along Strakonická. Access to the building is via an asphalt road, there is a plenty of parking space on a fenced garden. Also you can get to Bavorov by train or bus.
