You can choose one of the 2 apartments in the villa, surrounded by greenery. On foot, you can reach either the free beach or the well - equipped Lido. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, for a total of over 120 sq m. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. In addition to those of the apartment, there are two showers in the garden. The Ground Floor has a beautiful porch on 2 sides which keeps the house cool (therefore this nbon apartment is equipped with air conditioning) The first floor has a large terrace on 3 sides of the house from which to admire the sea while having dinner with the scent of flowers and pine trees in the private garden (this is the apartment with air conditioning). The villa is located a short distance from an ice cream shop, a well-known fishmonger, a delicatessen, a tobacconist, a bakery, a small supermarket, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
