In this newly build house you enjoy every moment. Its closeness to nature and Stockholm city makes it ideal for those who enjoy a city “get-away” - but still want to have city access. My new outdoor hot tub and tastefully furnished house is an oasis - relaxation and natural elements are combined and gives you a pleasant impression and feeling of design and comfort. My place is ideal for four people, with two separate bedrooms (one 180 cm and one 120cm wide bed). In addition - the sofa is incredibly comfortable and hosts two sleeping grownups. In total are six duvet, six pillows, bed linen and towels available. Other features here are “Sonos” sound system, “Philips hue” lamps, floor heating and a code key box, for easy check-in and check-out. The house is a semi-detached house, in Swedish called “parhus”. It’s newly built in 2020 and the house community is called “Designstaden” i.e Design city. It’s very modern and breaths freshness, as well as it offers a great neighbouring atmosphere. Welcome to ask questions about the house and surrounding areas The nature and sea are around the corner - the city center is 15 km away and accessible by car in approx. 25 min. By subway you reach the city center within 35 min (the subway station “Hässelby strand” is 10 min by foot from the house). In Hässelby strand you also find a grocery store, pizzeria and hairdresser etc. The kitchen, livingroom and outdoor terrace are overlooking a large park. In the park you also find an outdoor gym. During winter and summer time you find nice walking paths along the sea, as for example along the shore by “Hässelby Strandbad”, Kananbadet or Riddersvik. For more forest and rougher terrain, the area near Kyrkhamn/Lövsta is ultimate for example hiking, MTB and Enduro biking. In the summer time the beaches in Hässelby are popular and “Hässelby Strandbad” is only 700m away. In the area other sports such as golf, padel, tennis, swimming, kayaking and sailing are being practiced among locals and visitors (cross-country tracks accessible on the golf courses during winter time). For the more extreme sportsmen might cliff climbing by the ancient Viking fortress Gåseborg be a hit. Busses and subway nearby. Free parking for one car by the house.
