The holiday rental is equipped with smoke detector, tiled floors, rolling shutters and flat screen television. Kitchenette with is equipped with hood, 2 burners induction cook top, microwave, fridge, electric coffeemaker, crockery and cooking equipment (wine glass included). Bathroom is with shower and toilets. Bath and bedroom linen available at an extra fee. Cleaning at the end of the stay not included in the accommodation price. Mandatory fee to cover part of cleaning-up and refurbishment costs. In any case, the accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness ( kitchen area cleaned and ordered, dishes washed and put away, fridge emptied, household waste thrown away).
