Villa Dracena is a traditional Istrian stone house with a nice pool, outdoor kitchen and a large green area, terrace for great vacation. It is 12 km (7.5 miles) from the sea (Poreč) and nearby is small Istrian town Visnjan (3 km ~ 1.8 miles) as well as 3 km from the highway exit (the Istrian Y) Kopar-Pula. The Višnjan observatory is very close to the village of Barici. The observatory has a 407 mm mirror telescope that was used to discover more than a hundred asteroids. In this part of Istria it is possible to enjoy the beautiful, clean and quiet surroundings as well as the exquisite Istrian food and drinks in the many taverns and restaurants. The Villa Dracena is a fully air-conditioned stone villa built in traditional style and exudes the typical Mediterranean charm with its green shutters. A beautiful green garden with a pool with counter-current system and an inviting covered terrace with lounge furniture make the property perfect. The villa also has a rustic outdoor kitchen with grill and covered dining area where you can prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy a cool glass of wine from the surrounding vineyards.
