Single room in lovely flat

A small but beautiful , cosy, light, tastefully decorated single room in beautiful flat 3 min from Piccadilly line tube surrounded by mature gardens in a private estate near shops, trendy restaurants and cafes with Trent Park near by and Central London 40 min away. Ideal for people who are planning go to be busy working , studying or sightseeing during the day but want to come back to a comfy and beautiful place. It a single room in is a very stylish flat surrounded by greenery near the tube. Best of all worlds, quiet, green and in the city. I am happy for you to use the kitchen lightly to fix salads, snacks and of course the microwave. The kitchen and lovely dinning room, guest can use washing machine once a week. While I am happy for guest to lightly use the kitchen this should be kept to a minimum as it is a small kitchen eg: fix quick snacks, salads, microwave meals, there are plenty of take aways near by. You have to leave things as you find them. The sitting room is private. I am a helpful and friendly host but with a busy life who is often away but happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Very busy and with lots of open spaces around, great if you want to jog, great walks in Trent Park but also good for cafes and restaurants. Great mixed community and interesting continental shops. Ideal for the tube and 40 min to Picadilly Circus. Cockfosters Tube in Picadilly Line to central London and several buses. There is also plenty of free parking just outside. Within 40 min from central London a neighbourhood with lots of open spaces but also good choice of continental restaurants and Asian restaurants. Take aways and a trendy local pub at the Cock Inn with a restaurant. My place is ideal for people who are planning to be busy during the day but want to come back to a quiet and beautiful place.
