A comfortable higher grade static caravan (Van) with all the home comforts to make your stay tranquil and relaxing: a quiet area of the park, beach access, decking and comfortable furniture; chill with a cuppa or something special whilst enjoying a sea view and refreshing sea air. A home away from home ... the whole place to yourselves. Comfortable and fully equipped for your 2020 hideaway stay. Bring your own supplies / have them delivered by a local supermarket or use the mini mart on site and takeaways (on and off site). Enjoy a tranquil relaxing stay on a quiet area of the park. The main complex is less than 5 minutes walk from the van; The new Lakeside complex 10 minutes walk. You can walk along the beach (when tide safe to do so) and be on Cobble landing, Filey in just over 20 minutes. You have access to the whole of our holiday home with one designated parking place. We use a key safe so no standing in queues to receive them - you drive straight to your holiday home. There are 4 shallow steps to enter the property with a hand rail. To access facilities (not the mini mart or takeaways) on park you will require Fun Passes which are available separately from reception - a form will be forwarded to you to allow you to purchase them. Lively holiday village with full amenities - Coffee shops, Restaurants, Mini Market, Play grounds for children (and Adults), Live Lounge and Show Bar, Swimming Pools on two locations. We are within 5 minutes walk of the main complex and there is a ‘Land Train’ to take you to the Lake House Complex. 2 Beach Paths take you from the park to a five star rated beach. Filey - town, Coble Landing, Brig, Promenade and Country Park are 10 minutes away. It is possible to walk to Filey when safe to do so with the tide. It takes about 20 minutes to walk and just over 5 mins to drive. Nearby are Bridlington and Scarborough Towns. It’s best to arrive by car, however there is a train service to Scarborough and bus and taxi services. Please check availability of services before your travel - there are changes due to Covid 19. There is a designated hard standing parking by the Van. This is our holiday home - we like our facilities to reflect home so you will find a fully equipped kitchen with basics like toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, hand soap and cream etc. I DO NOT SUPPLY TOWELS.
