Spanish Estate

Our house is a 5500 square foot home with a large hot tub and pool and large level lawn. Just a few miles in either direction is San Francisco and Napa Valley. Beaches are also a short drive away as well as Six Flags Vallejo well as charming downtowns of Mill Valley, Sausalito, Larkspur, and Fairfax all filled with great restaurants and boutiques. We live in the exclusive Sleepy Hollow neighborhood of San Anselmo. Our home is a great space for a large family. Watch a big game by the fire on the 80" flat screen, or any of the other 3 big flat screens. Jump on the trampoline, play some basketball on our outdoor hoop or inside on our arcade-style double basketball hoop. You can even have a ping pong tournament. Holiday dinners would be a breeze with plenty of seating. Enjoy great hiking trails right off our street. Take the ferry into San Francisco or enjoy the local music scene here. There's also a great little movie theater about a mile away. You will have access to the entire home and grounds with the exception of the garage, the master bedroom closet and the office. You have the property to yourself and it is self check-in and out, but I'm always available by phone or text Tons of hiking and biking trails within a block of our house or drive to Mt. Tam (Tamalpais) for more outdoor trails. Stinson Beach and Point Reyes are also a short drive away. Head the other direction about 40 minutes to Napa Valley. Stay locally and enjoy San Anselmo with it's quaint downtown loaded with boutiques, restaurants, and salons and neighboring cities like Ross, Mill Valley, Sausalito, and Funky Fairfax-- all 3-12 miles away. If you in the mood for roller coasters and other rides, Six Flags is about 30 minutes away. We are about 20 miles to San Francisco. You can get there by car, bus, or take the ferry from Larkspur. We do have 2 friendly cats. They need food and water once daily
