Restaurated old house near Dresden
Our house is located outside of Dresden in the peaceful Kleinerkmannsdorf. In quiet surroundings you can spend wonderful holidays with your family. The house has been restored with loving attention to detail over the last eight years and now shines in new splendour. During the restoration we took care to bring back the old charm of the house. The house is ideal for a family of four. But because of the large sofa bed in the living room, six people can also sleep very comfortably. Altogether the house offers approx.120 m2 for well-being and relaxation. Behind the house there is a large garden, which can be used with pleasure. You can park your car directly in front of the terrace and if you bring bicycles, you can park them on the terrace. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is even a dishwasher. On the first floor you will find the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a second toilet. And on the top floor, a large table offers a good opportunity for joint game evenings. There is also another bedroom, ideally for children, behind the sliding door. During your stay I will be there for you in case you have any problems. Even if I am not personally there most of the time, I am sure I can always find a solution for you. Kleinerkmannsdorf is a small village and offers above all peace and quiet. There is a biogas plant nearby. But this is not a bad thing, on the opposite: there is a farm shop with regional products and a good range of meat and sausages. There is indeed a bus in the proximity, but I recommend to arrive by car, as then there are many great destinations for excursions. For example, the capital of Saxony is always worth a visit. But also other Saxonian cities as Meissen, Bautzen, Görlitz or Radeberg are worthwhile. For nature lovers the Dresdner Heide offers great hiking possibilities and also the Saxon Switzerland can be reached very well by car.
