The 70qm holiday apartment is located in the south of Hamburg. It is quiet and in the countryside. It has close travel connections to the motorways, shopping areas and many extracurricular activity. The apartment under the roof of an one family house is modern and cosy furnished. It has a separate entrance and an own balcony. The apartment can host up to 4 Person. Children are welcome. The hosts are living downstairs. We speak german and english. It is a nice spot to relax and recover! The ca. 70 qm holiday apartment is located in a quiet area. You life under the roof of an one family house with a separate entrance. The use of the garden is not allowed. But therefore the apartment has an own balcony. Up to 4 persons find space in the 3 rooms of the apartment. The flat is modern and cosy furnished. A bedroom with a queen-size bed (180x200), a child´s room with two single beds (80x200 and 90x200), a livingroom with a small dining area. The kitchen has a small dining area. It is fully equipped with an oven, mircowave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and saucepans and a fridge. The bathroom has a toilette, a shower and a bath tube. Towels, bedding, washing up cloths, blow drier, iron and ironing board, free wifi and a satellite TV be available at all times. If you have a long-term stay we offer you a fresh bedding and towels. Children are also welcome. We provide a highchair and a portacrib. Feel at home! We´re looking forward to welcome you in Rosengarten/ Nenndorf. See you! We help you wherever it is possible. The holiday apartment is located in Nenndorf/ Rosengarten. In the centre of the village there are various supermarkets, EDEKA, ALDI, DM, pharmacy, bakery with a small café, banks and the Post Office. These shops are about 800 meters away and can reached in 10 minutes by foot. More shops are in Buchholz. It´s about 10 km away. Besides Nenndorf has good travel connections to the motorways A1 and A7. Through the in 5 minutes motorway access A7 to Sylt/ Flensburg/ Kiel and A1 to Lübeck/ Baltic sea or Bremen you have more opportunities to get to know by car. For example Lüneburg, Lüneburger Heide or das Alte Land. Use the holiday apartment also for musical and theatre visits in Hamburg. You can go by bus or by train (Metronom). The bus stopp ist 5 minutes food walk away from the apartment. The railway station is in Klecken. It is close to Nenndorf and you get to Hamburg Mainstation in 20 minutes. More populare places of interests in Rosengarten are for example Freilichtmuseum Kiekeberg (Animal Park and picnic- 15 min.) or Wildpark Schwarze Berge (Animal Park- 15 min.). Please notice, you have to climb up stairs. The top of the stairs is protected for children by a grid. The check-in takes place by hand-overs keys at the front-door of the hosts or after 9 p.m. with a keybox. On request we can manage a earlier check-in or a later check-out time. The apartment is a non smoking apartment. Pets, Partys and bachelor Partys are not allowed.
