Safe and authentic pueblo living in El Salvador

This space is used for a nonprofit school of music from Los Angeles "Armonia Cuscatleca". It is available for rent when I travel to the USA. The Space is across the street from the police station and central to the pueblo! I've lived here a year and have not witnessed anything dangerous! There is a pupuseria that serves everyday in case you don't prepare dinner. You will be assisted with anything you need by my trusted friends and partners of Armonia Cuscatleca. You will have access to the entire house! Although the living room has no furniture yet, just chairs and plastic tables, it is a working progress to keep this school of music going for the youth of San Pedro Perulapan. The kitchen has basic equipment for cooking and also a BBQ in the back yard! I mentioned that there is a pupuseria next door that is open every night. I will designate friends and family to help with any necessities/concerns you may have! Public bus stop right in front of the house! Parking available for one car in front of house!
