COZY APARTMENT IN OLD TOWN / HISTORIC CENTER

The apartment is part of an awarded old restored house in the Historic Center of Quito (Old Town), in the traditional neighborhood of San Juan, a few blocks from the Central Square, the Basilica del Voto Nacional, and other heritage monuments of the city. With all the amenities required by our guests, the loft has a privileged view of the entire colonial area, which makes it perfect for singles, couples, or business travelers. The apartment is part of one of the last nine heritage houses, located in the Historic Center of Quito. That is why the house in which the apartment is located, has received awards for the care in its restoration, without neglecting certain contemporary touches that make the house a unique space in the city. The apartment is great because in addition to having all the implements to make our guests feel good, it has an extraordinary views of the Panecillo and the houses and churches of the Historic Center. The space is bright, cozy and very comfortable. It is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. The house in which the apartment is located also has great common spaces: gardens, wall paintings, trees, water fountain, hammocks, pool table, barbecue and a recreational space with a variety of books. The common spaces are fantastic and complement the experience of living in the apartment. Our guests have access to patios and gardens, trees, fountain, barbecue, hammock and room with books and pool table. I live in Quito so I am in permanent contact with all the guests, to assist them in all their needs. In addition, Segundo, our doorman, will always be at home to help in whatever they need. The house, in which our loft is located, is in one of the most traditional and beautiful neighborhoods of the Colonial Center of Quito. From there, it will be very easy to visit the most emblematic monuments and neighborhoods of the city. From the apartment, it is very easy to move around the Historic Center of Quito. It is best to do it on foot, but in the same way you can take a taxi or even public transport if you want to visit more remote areas of the city.
