The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-8 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $50 pet fee. It's quite very comfortable and cozy. Not to mention the pool is great. Note: pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weather permitting. If we have good weather I would keep it open longer. Hot tub open year round on request only. We are a 10-15 minute driving distance to three beaches. Access to your own private entrance. Pool, hot tub, deck, grill, yard. NOTE: We do not allow people outside the reservation to come to the property. We do have cameras on the property. (NOT FOR PARTIES) I will be around through out the day. If guest need me I am only a phone call away. I love that my block is very quiet. We have a huge park just a few blocks away. You can go for a walk or run around the baseball fields. They have dog park, about 6 tennis courts, Basketball courts, hockey rink, skateboarding park, soccer field, and two huge jungle gyms. LIRR is a $8 cab ride or just 5 minute drive. Stop and Shop Supermarket is only 2 minutes away on Atlantic avenue. Book early while rates are low. The closer we get to the dates, the rate becomes higher. Just a friendly reminder.
