The apartment is ideal for four people. Guests can also enjoy all the outdoor spaces and various sitting areas around the ESTATE. The apartment is 80 s.m brand new, and it's beautifully decorated to make you feel that you are in a Greek island. It has two big bedrooms very bright and airy with big double beds and big closets, beside tables and dressing tables by the windows. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated giving you the freshness and lightness of being in a house close to the beach!! The w.c shower room is of normal size, with a power shower with hot running water throughout the whole day, fresh clean towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is small but elegant with many cabinets, fully equipped with all the devices and utensils. It has a big oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a kettle and all the cutlery and silverware required for your stay. It's open plan and has direct access to the living area. The living room is large with two big windows on the sides , two stylish vintage sofa beds and armchairs, and a big dinning table. A Tv set is available with a CD radio player system. All rooms have air conditioning. Outside there is a big veranda where guests can sit and enjoy their stay with a magnificent view of both the sea and the mountains. Visitors have access to the whole two hectares land of the ESTATE which is surrounded by olive and pine trees in a total natural green environment, and can enjo various sitting areas such as under the pergola, the swing the sun beds, as well as the BBQ. Parking is also available in the premises which is safe as all visitors will be given an electronic remote control for the main entrance to the house. We will be available throughout our guests stay, at anytime for any inquiries or anything else you will need for a pleasant stay so feel free to ask us. When you arrive is OROPOS we will be there to welcome you and meet you at a central point if ylj wish in Skala OROPOU in order to bring you to our ESTATE and show you around the house. The house is located on a hillside only 3k.m away from the centre of Oropos-SKALA, offering a magnificent and breathtaking view of the sea from one side and of the mountains from the other side. Th sunsets are just magical, as there is a pallet of colours orange, purple, pink and gold that will make you take the most amazing photos. The neighbourhood itself is very peaceful and quiet and offers unique privacy. The Estate is surrounded by other private houses with quiet residents. The natural environment surrounding the house as it is located close to a fofest and it has many trekking paths- is ideal for trekking, jogging, walking, sightseeing, cycling or even Bird watching as there's a nature conservation area for the protection of wild birds close by. For those who just want to relax they can read a book or just enjoy the various beautiful sitting spots in the garden. Oropos is an easily reached destination very popular throughout the summer months due to its clean beaches and activities that can be undertaken as well as the various forms of entertainment it offers. The house enjoys the privilege of the vicinity to ATHENS which can be easily accessed by car in just an hours drive and yet combine a picturesque setting in a magnificent breathtaking and clean environment. Another alternative is via KTEL buses that run every hour from Victoria train station in central Athens and take you directly to OROPOS Scala in less than an hour. It is a destination only 55k.m away from the centre of ATHENS and about one hours drive from ATHENS International Airport via Attiki ODOS and then the National ROAD EXIT SKALA Oropou Ferry Boats. INSTRUCTIONS can be given before arrival more analytically. SKALA OROPOU which is the centre of Oropos is just 3k.m away from the Estate. However as the house is up a hill it is accessible only by car or taxi for your convenience. There is free safe parking available within the premises. Hot running water is available throughout the whole day.
