House at the foot of the castle of Fougeres

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. Spread the map on the table and prepare the journey of a day and choose between Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Vitré or Rennes. After 3 years of restoration and decoration of this property now composed of two houses,we are able to put one at your disposal. We have created a comfortable loft for ourselves in an adjoining part, allowing us to stay nearby for all purposes. Opening the door, a small entrance hall will give you access to a large "living room" which includes a comfortable lounge (with TV, video, stereo, BOX internet), a table game area (can be used office), a fully equipped dining room, a corner meridian and a fireplace in the center of the room. An independent kitchen in the extension of the "living room" gives you access to a courtyard sheltered from the rain. A staircase provides access to the floor to two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. You will ring the bell and I will welcome you! But if you wish, the front door has a Secure Key Box for an Autonomous Arrival. You can open it using a 4-digit code that we will communicate via SMS. I am at your disposal throughout your stay. You can park your car in the free parking areas around the house. The courtyard adjoining the kitchen is semi open and can be used as an outdoor dining area or relaxation, because although the house is "NO SMOKING", this space allows smokers to not feel excluded.
