This villa offers you a comfortable and private home away from home and features all the essentials you will need to enjoy your holiday. This villa is fully private for your use, its has its own private pool that can be heated on request in a large private fully secure garden. The house has been designed by the owners to be comfortable and welcoming to all who stay Guests will have unlimited and private access to the full house and its outside space. We are the representatives of the home owner, we are available during your stay for anything you may need during hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. Out with these hours we are available for emergency contact. La Torre is situated on the Costa Calida (warm coast), with one of the most agreeable climates in Spain and is just 20 minutes from the new airport at Corvera, close to many beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean, and is less than 30 minutes away from the ancient port and city of Cartagena with its fantastic Roman theatre and Murcia City with its baroque cathedral, tapas bars and shops. La Torre, designed as a 5* resort - has a private property complex of 2,670 apartments, townhouses and villas set in beautifully landscaped gardens with boulevards, gardens and fountains, a Double Tree Hilton Hotel and a Nicklaus designed golf course, regarded by many as one of the best resorts in the region. The complex has 24-hour security, a supermarket, shop, bars and restaurants, as well as 21 outdoor swimming pools, floodlit tennis and padel courts, children’s play areas, petanque, table tennis and outdoor gym equipment available to all residents. We recommend hiring a car for all stays. The resort has an onsite bars, restaurants and a supermarket that are approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. All access off the resort must be done by car, taxi are also available.
