House in Badalabougou - Room "Nao"

Charming house in the peaceful neighborhood of Badalabougou, easy access and ideally situated in the heart of Bamako. The house and its green courtyards, offer indoor and outdoor living areas. The place is luminous and very cozy. We offer 3 listings (1 per room, with a possibility of renting all 3 rooms). Please contact us for further details. The house is composed of 2 green courtyards; 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoors dining area; 1 living room; 4 rooms; 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoors shower; 2 WC. All doors, windows and beds have mosquito nets. Room "Nao" is equipped with : 1 private bathroom and WC; 1 queen size bed; 1 desk ; 1 closet ; 1 Sahelian AC (air-cooling humidifier) ; 1 ceiling fan. Guests have a private access to their room (with a key) and access to common spaces (indoor living room, outdoor dining area, kitchen). The house is shared between two people living in Mali and in Europe. We work in the arts, culture, dance, photography and journalism. During your stay the house might be partially full or empty. In each case, someone will always be there to welcome you and give you a few tips to start off your trip ! The neighborhood is calm and well situated (easy access to downtown, ACI 2000, the airport etc). It is a popular neighborhood where families have been living for a long time. Many small shops are located right next to the house (you will find bread, sodas, water, sandwiches etc), two grocery stores (Azar 850m and Shopreate 1,2Km), and the local outdoors market a walk away. Down the street is the Palais de la Culture and the Niger's riverbanks. Taxi Station at the Palais de la Culture (approx. 300m). If needed, we can give you the number of a couple of private drivers we know and trust. We can also organize your transportation from the airport for 10 000 fcfa/15€ (if requested).
