The Ponderosa

Pets are welcome to stay in our studio (NB. A cleaning surcharge of £10 applies and should be paid on arrival) The Ponderosa is a cozy studio located within our back garden found in Washington, Tyne and Wear. We live in a quiet Cul De Sac, making this a perfect relaxing setting. The building is separate from our house and therefore has it's own entrance that can be accessed via our back gate Our latest installment in the studio is a TV with HDMI ports and a Netflix subscription The studio is self contained and consists of a double bed, breakfast bar, kitchenette and a shower room. Everything you need for a short or long term stay the guest will collect their key from a lock box. the location can be found in the check in instructions revealed after booking. The pin will be sent shortly before check in Inside the studio our guests will have access to: ~A fully fitted private shower room ~Their own central heating to adjust to their liking ~TV With Netflix ~A kettle ~Toaster ~An induction hob with pans, utensils, oil, salt and pepper ~Cups, variety of teas, coffee, sugar ~Salt and Pepper ~Fridge with a small freezer ~A breakfast bar and chairs ~Washing machine (please ask one of us before using) ~Wardrobe with hangers ~Iron and ironing board (available on request) ~Shampoo, shower gel and soap You can always contact my wife or myself through the Airbnb app. However if you need a contact number this will be available upon booking We live in a quiet Cul De Sac of mostly families and lots of friendly faces We are a 5 minute walk from a bus link giving you access to most of the North East; including Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham also to the famous North East coastline including South Shields. We have parking available at our property. However the spaces are shared with our neighbours. There is almost always enough spaces to accommodate our guests. You can park along the side of our house which is next to the entrance you will use to access The Ponderosa. A special North East complimentary Gift is waiting on arrival. an extra cleaning surcharge £10 per pet must be paid on arrival for any guest wishing to bring pets with them
