Just few steps away from the apartment is a two-acre recreation field with sitting-out areas, garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a chimenea, play equipment and an acre of meadow. It is a very pleasant 25 minute walk on quiet byways to Goonhavern with its shop and excellent pub. And only 2.5 miles away is the seaside town of Perranporth with its amenities, large surfing beach and golf course. The surfing beaches and golf course at Newquay is 7 miles away, Truro with its pleasant shopping centre is 9 miles and the Eden Project, 20 miles.
