studio in an idyllic weekend house in the forest

Please read the discription carefully so that we can welcome you perfectly in our house on a small mountain. Perfect for a retreat from the stressful live, and convenient for homeoffice. Enjoy great hiking routes and a lot of silence and time for yourself. Please notice, that the basic price is for the studio only, if you want one or two extra rooms you can book them additionally by indicating 3 persons ( one extra room) or 5 persons (2 extra rooms). Please let us know via your message :) You will have the ground floor (The studio with the small sleeping sofa) for yourself, but if you want to bring more people (or if you want a separate room(s) with queensize bed(s) ) just tell me and we can add the bedroom(s) from the 2nd floor to the studio. So for example, if you are 2 persons, but would like to have an extra sleeping room, just book 1 person in addition and in order to avoid missunderstandings, please inform us! # Please be aware, that the house is not suitable for small children due to open railings and that we charge ten 10€ per day for children who do not sleep in their parents' bed. # Your well-behaved dogs are very welcome. Please calculate 5€ per dog and day. You will enjoy the studio and the room(s) in the 2nd floor, if also booked. The 1st floor, where we are staying is totaly separated from your space. You also will have your own terrace to relax and your private garden wich are both directly connected to the studio. In the area there are also some small ponds that you can easily reach by car. Beautiful nature, great options to hike and bike. Typical restaurants, very friendly people and lots of privacy. The road to the house is a macadam road but you can drive on it with every type of car if there is no snow. There is a bus station 10 min by feet away wich brings you to the next railwaystaion (Stübing). # Our horses will probably stay there also. You will not need to have contact to them, but if you want to, please contact us to make sure everything will be ok for you, us and them. # We are happy to welcome dogs as well, just make sure, that they will not sleep in the bed or on the sofa. Please let us know in advance. # In Austria each person older than 15 years has to pay tourist tax € 1,50 per day. We do kindly ask you to hand it over before you leave.
