Take the Felixstowe Foot Ferry across to Bawdsey, sample fresh fish and chips at the famous Ferry Boat Inn, or for golfers the historic Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club. This cute property has new double glazed windows and doors, central heating system, modern fitted kitchen which is fully equipped, a modern bathroom and neutral carpets/ flooring throughout. The lounge has a 40" flat screen TV, sofa bed and comfortable armchair as well as a fold out dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen contains a built in oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as a kettle and toaster. The bedroom is a generous size with a built in wardrobe housing ample hanging space. The boiler cupboard in the hallway contains storage space for additional luggage items. There is parking for 2 cars directly in front of the property. The small rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and can be accessed by the side gate or through the sliding patio doors at the end of the lounge.
