Our apartment is located in the small town of Ölberg, on the southern slope of the 1016 m high Brotjackelriegel mountain. There are numerous hiking trails, ski lifts, toboggan run, cross-country ski trails and riding hall in the immediate vicinity. The modern apartment is on the first floor and is easily accessible via an outside staircase. From the large balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the great outdoors and with a good view you can see the Alps. The spacious apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, dining table, large couch with table, glass cabinet, satellite TV and WiFi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, egg cooker, kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a mirror cabinet. In the spacious bathroom there is a washstand, shower, bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a small storage room. Underfloor heating and an additional wood stove in the cozy living room ensure a pleasant warmth in the whole apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor. Skis, bicycles, etc. can also be parked there.
