The house location is quiet area, convenient to stores and day trips to beaches and all the amenities. The slightly elevated position of the Sunset villa allows uninterupted views of the Beşparmak mountains to the south and views of the sea to the north, and views of the Çatalköy village and Kyrenia city views to the west, also views of the sunset on the sea. The house has three bedrooms and a separate jacuzzi room, two separate living rooms, an open kitchen and dining area, and four outdoor balconies. Also there are two separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, a jakuzzi and outdoor shower. The third bedroom has a view on the dining area, sharing its skylights. OUTDOOR Three special zones at the outdoor: 1) The pool in the middle of the garden, which is colorful and fragrant such as jasmine, rose, and lym 2) BBQ area; There is a charcoal BBQ and BBQ materials. 3) Hammock and swing in the area that provides sunset, city and mountain views in the west garden. OVERVİEW Property is a brilliant location for the whole family, located in a rural setting surrounded by beautiful nature and away from any hustle & bustle but close enough to helpful amenities and attractions situated. Also it is located on a sloping land, the view is unobstructed, there are not many houses around. There is a dead end. So no trafic noise. The neighborhood is small with friendly people.
