Sea and mountains in Southern Italy

Located on a hilltop close to Badolato Marina, our house has spacious terraces, balconies, and an unlimited view both to the Mediterranean and the mountains. Our 400m2 garden with orleandros, palm trees and olives has a boccia lane and a beautiful sea view. All in all, we offer 140 m2 of space with 10 beds and 3 large bathrooms. The downstair appartment with private entrance has four bunk beds, own bath and kitchen and a simpler decor. It is often used as junior appartment, has table football. The Villa Collina houses are in Italian style, built in 2008 and in line with the classical, old Calabrian mountain villages. Our house consists of the main facility and a downstairs appartment. Equipments Refrigerators, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, high chair, childs bed, gas grill and various garden furniture. Free internet connection. TV screen with DVD player, loudspeakers for iPhone or PC. Central heating and air-conditioning + fans. The community has a great pool area and tennis court with free access. We have only 700 meters to clean and peaceful sandy beaches, where you have free access to beach chairs and other facilities of the Aquilia Resort. Our keyholder and administrator Britta will provide you with information and assistance during your stay. Villa Collina is a quiet family holiday resort with mainly Danish owners. Enjoy the pool, the beach, visit the charming mountain villages, enjoy trekking or driving in the mountains, the fine calabrese kitchen of the restaurants. We have an excellent supermarket and shops within walking distance. There are 2 km to Badolato train station. Busses pass every hour. To enjoy the area, a car is an advantage. After hosting some guests with extremely costly use of aircondition, we unfortunately have to charge consumption of electricity seperately. The price of 0.5 € per kw hour equals what we pay ourselves as "non residents with low yearly use".
