There are several attractions within short/longer walking distance from the studio, such as the Prague ZOO, Botanical Garden, Troja Chateau, Salabka, St. Claire's vineyards (wine-tasting events) and Canoeing Centre. The bus behind the apartment is very frequent and only takes less than 10 mins to reach the main metro station, from where you can travel anywhere very quickly, so very convenient. Troja Castle in the southern part of Troja, there is a marvelous baroque castle from 17th century, one of the gems of the baroque architecture. Another interesting place to visit in Troja is Prague's botanical gardens, founded in the 1960's. I highly recommend you to visit a new tropical greenhouse called Fata Morgana. One of the best places to go in Troja is certainly the famous Prague's zoo. Stromovka- If you would like to spend time in nature but you don't want to loose your time traveling outside of Prague, or you would like to do some jogging or make have a picnic, Stromovka is the right place for you. Situated just on the opposite riverside to Troja. For public transportation, take bus number 177, and get off on ( Kobylisy) stop . Walk down to the subway, this quickly, takes you to the heart of historical Prague. The studio is 3 minutes walk from the bus station (almost behind the complex) Mazurska which is the last stop of bus number 177. Don"t forget to buy tickets. Taxi or Uber is also another option.
