Welcome to Sigulda! Painter Solvita Balode welcomes you to stay in my guest apartment. Home is only open on the summer season from April to September. The apartment is located in a private house with a separate entrance and full privacy. Your stay will be just as living your own place. Guest apartment has 3 rooms. Living room has some key essentials such as kettle for hot water, fridge, microwave oven, music center and a cozy sofa for some rest. The larger bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The smaller bedroom has 1 single bed. The apartment has a separate bathroom and toilet. The apartment is very well located, only 1.3 km from the town center, 10 min walk or 5 min drive from shopping center “Šokolāde” and 3 min walk and drive from bobsleigh and luge track "Sigulda" as well as Gauja river valley, offering many different attractions. Please note - smoking is not allowed in apartment. If interested You may also use the garden of the house for your activities upon notifying in advance. As required from my guests! Will help as much as requested. If interested we can offer tours with local guide. Opportunity to purchase artwork. If arriving with a personal car there is a parking space in the yard of the house.
