There is no other outside area or back garden. The cottage has double glazed sash windows throughout and a newly installed electric heating system with thermostats in each room Wifi throughout Living room with two leather sofas, large cushions, coffee table, wood-burning stove and cosy snuggle blankets Wood-burning stove for use OCTOBER TO MARCH with a starter supply of eco logs and kindling provided during the winter months. The stove is not set up for use during the Summer Smart TV, Bluray player. There is safe free off-road parking at Cley Windmill, a couple of mins away ( again first come, first served) or plenty of free parking at Cley Village Hall which is about 5 mins walk Please be considerate of neighbours by not parking across the entrance to Long House Yard - if there is a car there it will not be any of them The whole property as described and front patio are for exclusive use In the event you need to get in touch.... In an emergency please call the appropriate emergency service Cley-Next-the-Sea is a small coastal village on the North Norfolk Coast well known for it's beach and windmill overlooking the salt marshes and River Glaven. The famous Cley Bird Reserve and Centre perfect for nature lovers and bird-watchers alike . The village has interesting shops including Made in Cley Pottery, Crabpot Books, The Cley Smoke House and Picnic Fayre Delicatessen...both a must for serious foodies There are two pubs - one at either end of the village. The George on the High Street and The Three Swallows overlooking the village green and close to the stunning St Margaret's Church Great walking - right on the North Norfolk Coastal Path Coastal bus service that runs half hour up and down the coast Closest station is Sheringham 8 miles away Trains from London run into Norwich 30 miles away A car is certainly recommend as public transport (and taxis!) are very limited NO ALLOCATED PARKING AT TERN QUAY COTTAGE The cottage is situated up a "loke" with no access for cars so there is no allocated parking Just after The Hanser (B&B) pull over on the right and you will see the entrance to Long House Yard (which is not signed).This is the closest unrestricted road parking near the cottage on a first come, first served basis . Alternatively you can leave the car further up on the left - park as close to the wall as possible and be mindful of the passing traffic There is safe free off-road parking at Cley Windmill, a couple of mins walk away (again first come, first served) or plenty of free parking at Cley Village Hall which is about 5 mins walk Please be considerate of neighbours by not parking across the entrance to Long House Yard - if there is a car there it will not be any of them :)
