Frida Studio by the Ocean

Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available. Tile floors throughout, window fan and A/C, 2 beach passes included, Wifi and smart TV with Netflix available. Outside hammock and bistro table and chairs for use. Contemporary artwork on the walls. Private entrances from sidewalk and into studio apartment. Side yard. We reside full-time on the 2nd floor of the bungalow, therefore we are available 24/7 as needed. Bike rentals on boardwalk, Snack Shack on Pacific beach, Surf 2 Live surf lessons and rentals, playground, grocery store/liquor store and other restaurants on Park Avenue (3 blocks away). Favorite spots are The Bungalow (pancakes), East End Pizzeria, Buoy Bar (fish tacos in Point Lookout), Marvel (soft serve ice cream), Lido Koser Deli (Reuben sandwich and pickles). The 2.5 mile boardwalk starts at Neptune Blvd (4 blocks away). There are bike rentals at Pacific Blvd beach and along the boardwalk. Long Island Railroad (LIRR) into NYC and Brooklyn is 1.2 miles from the studio. Walking around is easy, people are friendly and many people bike around town.
